The Philippine Azkals had lost again to Bahrain for their second round friendly match with a score of 3-1.
Chieffy Caligdong the only Filipino who had made a goal against Bahrain in their first round friendly match, is made another goal in the first quarter of the second round, but not enough to beat the Under-23 Olympic team of Bahrain.
Bahrain made two goals in the first half and third time as the match was about the end.
German coach Michael Weiss of azkals had fielded his best 11 players, Eduard Sacapano at goalkeeper, Phil Younghusband, Angel Guirado, Chieffy Caligdong, James Younghusband, Manuel Ott, Jason De Jong, Roel Gener, Jason Sabio, Anton del Rosario, and Alexander Borromeo.
